Separated At Birth - Leona Lewis and Elliot Knight

I haven't seen the latest Sky 1 big budget drama, Sinbad.  However, after quick peeks at the promo's I've noticed that Elliot Knight, who plays Sinbad, has a striking resemblance to UK X-Factor's 2006 winner, Leona Lewis.  Minus the facial hair, of course.
